2000年合肥工业大学计算机学院获得学士学位;

2003年合肥工业大学计算机学院获得硕士学位;

2012年中国科学技术大学计算机学院获得博士学位;

现为安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师。

学术成果

程凡,博士,安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师安徽大学青年骨干教师。在ACM/IEEE ToNet (CCF A)IEEE TCYBIEEE TNSEInformation ScienceKBSEAAIASCNeurocomputing等重要SCI期刊发表学术论文30余篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表中科院2以上15篇。主持或参与完成多项国家级省部级项目现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,教育部人文社科项目1项。担任IEEE  Transactions on Systems, Man and CyberneticsApplied Soft ComputingInternational Journal of Bio-Inspired ComputationNeurocomputing、电子学报、系统工程理论与实践等学术期刊审稿人。实审授权国家发明专利10余项。担任安徽省计算机学会ACF青年工作委员会委员。
