2000年合肥工业大学计算机学院获得学士学位;

2003年合肥工业大学计算机学院获得硕士学位;

2012年中国科学技术大学计算机学院获得博士学位;

2012起在 安徽大学计算机学院担任副教授、硕士生导师。

学术成果

程凡,博士,安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院副教授、硕士生导师安徽大学青年骨干教师象。在IEEE  TEVCIEEE SMCIEEE TNSEKBSEAAIASCNeurocomputing等重要SCI期刊发表学术论文30余篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表中科院210篇以上。主持或参与完成多项国家级省部级项目,现主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项,教育部人文青年项目1项。担任IEEE  Transactions on Systems, Man and CyberneticsApplied Soft ComputingInternational Journal of Bio-Inspired ComputationNeurocomputing、电子学报、系统工程理论与实践等学术期刊审稿人。申请国家发明专利10余项。担任安徽省计算机学会ACF青年工作委员会委员。
